Do you charge taxes?

Sales tax is charged for your order based on the laws and regulations of the province or the state indicated in the shipping address.

What is your 110% Canadian Landed Price Match Guarantee?

We want you to buy with the confidence that you’re paying the lowest price available in Canada. We can’t control our competition, so should you find a lower Canadian price on the same item, we will pay you back the difference plus 10%!

Do you offer a trade or volume discount?

Please consider that all of our prices are already discounted from the retail price in order to compete in the very competitive online world. What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit card cards including American Express, Visa and MasterCard. We also accept PayPal, cheque and wire transfer.

How can I check my order status?

What are my delivery options and what do they cost?

Canada: We offer free shipping on orders over $199 in Canada. Orders that do not meet the $199 threshold are charged a shipping fee based on the weight of the order, and the fee is calculated on the first page of the checkout.  

Free In-store pick-up: You are always welcome to pick up your purchase in store.

International: We will be happy to provide a competitive shipping quote for deliveries outside of Canada. For questions about shipping, delivery and a “white glove” service option, please call us at (866) 633-7730 or write to us at service@canadalightshop.ca.

How will my order be delivered?

We use Canada Post, FedEx or UPS to ship most products, though items that are too large are shipped via specialized carrier. In most cases, these specialized carriers will call you prior to delivering your order to arrange a convenient delivery time during regular business hours. If you require special assistance or “white glove” service, please call us at (866) 633-7730 or email service@canadalightshop.ca

How long will it take to receive my order?

In-stock orders ship from our warehouse in Montreal and typically arrive anywhere in Canada within 3-5 business days. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday during regular business hours. 

If an item is not in stock we will contact you with the expected delivery date. Please be aware that your product may be shipped directly from the vendor for faster delivery. 

We are happy to provide you with delivery quotations for expedited deliveries as well as international orders.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Yes, we ship internationally. You may be required to pay duties, broker, and clearance fees depending on the origin of the products ordered. Please call (866) 633-7730 or email service@canadalightshop.ca for assistance.

How can I return a product?

It’s our pleasure to assist you with your return. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and consult the details of our return policy here. All returns require a return authorization number to be processed and some returns may be subject to restocking fees.
