How do I join the Trade Program?
Complete the application with your business and contact details. Our team will review your application and confirm your trade account once approved.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within one day. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with instructions to sign in and access your trade pricing.
How do I order once I am approved?
Sign in to your account to shop online with your trade pricing. For larger orders or more complex projects, your dedicated lighting specialist can also assist with a personalized quote and ordering support.
Can I get help with a larger project?
Yes. Your ALA-certified lighting specialist can assist with product selection, specifications, quantities, and ordering, whether you’re sourcing a single fixture or planning lighting for an entire project.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No. There is no minimum purchase requirement for trade members. Your trade pricing applies whether you’re ordering one fixture or sourcing products for a larger project.
Do you offer order consolidation?
Yes. For projects with products arriving at different times, we can help coordinate and consolidate eligible orders so they can be delivered together when your project is ready. Speak with your lighting specialist to discuss your project and delivery requirements.
How do returns work for trade members?
Trade members pay no restocking fees on eligible returns. Any applicable restocking fee is refunded to you as store credit.
